Yes, it wears out just like anything else in your home. Many of us limp along with a leaky or less

Here are some of the things that will be necessary in
replacing that old bowl –
1. Measure carefully
from the back wall to the bolts that secure the bowl to the floor.
2. Turn off the water
supply and flush all of the water from the tank.
3. Once you know that
the flange is in good shape, you can install the new toilet.
4. Check to see that
the new toilet is NOT wobbling.
