"10th Annual Back-to-School Block Party, Saturday, August 17,
2019, 10:00am - 2:00pm. The event will be held in the streets at Victory
Christian Center, 5220 Whitby Avenue, Phila., PA 19143. The celebration will
feature fun activities for both parents and children including Free Food, Dance
Performers, Health Vendors, Chair Yoga, Moon Bounce, Facepainting, Games,
Contests and of course the main event; the Book Bag and School Supply
Give-Away!"
